Photo of Kagame driving Moroccan King Mohammed VI to Airport wins him ‘hearts and Minds’


A photo of Rwanda president Paul Kagame chauffeuring his guest and Moroccan king Mohammed VI back to the airport after a state visit posted on his Facebook page has won him the hearts and minds of young East Africans and Africans.

Social media users washed the 59-year old leader who has been in office since 2000 with messages of gratitude and admiration, celebrating his stance against wastage and graft.

A one Silas Keplagat from Kenya stood out when he asked Rwanda to only lend his nation President Kagame for two years so he can help clear the menace.

King Mohammed VI in company of several senior officials visited Rwanda for bi-lateral relations on October 18, 2016.

The visit according  to Rwanda state owned New Times was a reciprocation of a two day state visit by Kagame to the North African state in June, 2016.

Rwanda and the Kingdom of Morocco, signed 19 agreements in a bid to strengthen bilateral ties and create opportunities for citizens of the two nations.

The agreements were signed on the second day of the three-day state visit by the King of Morocco, Mohammed VI, to Rwanda.
